ABOUT METRO 7 DINER

chef + owner, otto maier

Chef and owner, Otto Maier, is the face and flavor behind Metro 7 Diner’s delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. He started his experience in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher in 1990 at Neptune Diner in Hudson, New York. This is where he also began his experience with cooking.

Classic diner with terrific food. Quality ingredients, freshly prepared. We had a breakfast quesadilla and chicken souvlaki. Both were hot and fresh and very tasty. A slice of black forest cake was excellent. Fresh and not too sweet...
